We too have/had (because it is barely hanging on)a Sycamore that for years provided shade over the turn around in our driveway. We think it may have been hit by lightning a couple of years ago and now is declining and due to be taken down. In our busy lives, we need to stop and take time to appreciate all the natural beauty that surrounds us each day.

We often take for granted what we see in our own backyard, in the parking lot at the grocery store, the field beyond the post office...just our daily views hold so much in which we can wonder and marvel.
