The parking lot photos are maples but the 3rd photo here is a dogwood and I took that one with the sun lighting it up. I am sorry to say that many of our red trees I can't tell you all their names, I have yet to identify them but I promise you, I love them all the same. Now, this will only last a short while but I will enjoy it while I can!<br />Trying to identify the caterpillar, I read you must be very careful around fuzzy ones-they are poisonous, the hairs contain toxins. No problem for me, I have no intention of picking one up! Awesome pictures and pretty color. We had far less color here than normal, not sure why so we didn't really enjoy much of it. Leaves were falling in many cases before they turned color, and others went right to brown and fell. We had a couple of good days with our trees in the yard, but it was short lived as a very windy rain storm took them all out in one afternoon.
